Our Team in Facts and Figures

We are proud to have grown organically from a start-up to a small to medium sized enterprise over the past 11 years.

Since various perspectives are essential in our ever-changing, innovative environment, we are very grateful to benefit from a team with different backgrounds.

Our company consists of six divisions: Administrative, Financial, Strategy, Technology, Operational and Commercial.

Our flat hierarchies are reflected in small, dynamic teams that are either organized into departments or report directly to their C-level representative.

Compared to women in STEM and the energy sector, our women’s quota of more than 30% is already good, but we’re constantly working to make further progress at all levels and in all functions.

We are committed to giving the next generation a glimpse into our company through internships and student traineeships, benefiting from their fresh perspectives.
